I liked the spacious of the rooms, the light and the view from the windows. The swimming pool was good too. The hotel staff was very polite and it is very close to the beach and to the port of Castellgmare del Golfo.
The best is the private access to the beach. It goes right from the pool through a nice stairway down to a small gulf. Great! Very nice staff and lovely pool with shady poolside.Liked the terrace with the lemon tree!
Missed the restaurant, but no big deal.
Sea view, location and friendlly staff
Small shower recess
The staff in hotel is superb, very nice and helpful receptionists, location of the hotel is great-close to the town where you can find a lot of nice restaurants. Good for exploring-very close to Zingaro Reserve,Scopello, Erice-must see!, Segesta,Marsala and Palermo. Half an hour from Palermo airport. Good breakfast under the lemon tree. Nice swimming pool,no problems with the sunbeds. And no problems with the space in the car park. Big bathroom with jacuzzi.
Would be nice if WiFi could be in the rooms, not only in the reception area. Could be coffee maker in the room.
Great town, great hotel great staf !
The things I most enjoyed about my one week stay here was the luxurious nature of the hotel. For the money, I really thought I was over indulged actually. The staff were friendly and professional. In particular I want to nominate Viola who helped me with directions and information for day trips to both Zingaro National Park and also Terme Segestani. She was just fantastic. The breakfasts were also abundent, though I have to say the coffee was disappointing- both that ordered separately and also that in the lasrge urns. One of the young girls though caffe latte and cappuccino were the same thing! While it was a walk to the historical centre, I have to say the newly opened trattoria on the way to Piazza Petrolo was fantastic; good service and great price. To be honest, I went there each night and avoided the trourists in the historical centre. The private beach across the road was truly wonderful; rocky, superb swimming and great fish! The pool too in the hotel was exceptional. At last, a real pool in which to swim proper laps, as well as rest alongside. Antoinio Castello. Melbourne. Victoria. Australia.
I can't think of anything I did not like, except that other hotels gave me complimentary drinks upon arrival and a bottle of wine. But hey, that's not to say that all hotels should do this.
The restaurant was only open for breakfast no other meals were available.
Friendly English speaking staff. Large room and balcony in the Junior suite. Great sea view from the balcony.
Hotel (balcony & pool) in shadow after lunch (stayed there in Oct). No walking pavements to get to the beach nore the restaurant district in town.
clean pool- but a bit cold- water throughput too quick did not have time to warm up - sea nice and warm
no pads for the sun loungers so a bit hard - road noise -
Very nice views. We had a seaview.
Noise of cars passing by but not at night.
All hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Special mention to the receptionists, who had all information to hand and spoke good English. Buffet breakfast was also good. Room (we had a suite) was very spacious, though not luxurious. The room's terrace with seaview was wonderful.
Nothing major. The short walk into the centre is a bit depressing: the town council need to repair the narrow pavements, cut back the foliage etc. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but in the dark this could be a problem for elderly/disabled clients.
Friendly staff, nice and clean room, clean towels every day
"occupied" seats at the poolside
The Staff must be complimented on their level of English, courtesy and efficiency. The bedroom was large and comfortable and breakfast was very good.
Best sea view, very clean and good location at the same distance (10-15 minutes by walk) between nice public beach and lovely town center
No breakfast variety
We were in junior suite. Clean large confortable room on the top floor of the hotel, very large balcony with unbelievable sea view. Good breakfast for italy.Free internet access. By car, very close from Erice, Scopello, etc. Staff welcoming. Great stay !
If not Junior suite, and during high season (july/august), the road along the hotel might disturb during the day. But there was almost no traffic after 22h.
